Meet Our directors

Megha Pusalkar

Mrs. Megha Pusalkar is the founding directors of GRIP Charitable Foundation, Pune. With a background in healthcare and management, she is passionate about working with differently-abled children.

Nivedita Gogate

Mrs. Nivedita Gogate is the founding directors of GRIP Charitable Foundation, Pune.

Rasika Bhave

Rasika Bhave is the Center Head and has over nine years of experience as a Counsellor, Remedial Educator, Dance Therapist, and Kathak artist. She has worked across inclusive education, pre-vocational and vocational training, and special education support, helping children and young adults build academic, social, communication, and emotional skills. She strongly believes every child deserves dignity, structure, and the space to grow at their own pace.

As a trained Kathak dancer, she also teaches differently-abled children through creative movement and dance therapy, creating joyful, expressive sessions that support attention, coordination, confidence, and emotional expression.

In her role, she strives to create a safe and supportive environment where every learner feels understood and empowered, blending psychology, remedial education, and the creative arts in her work.

Nandita Pol

Nandita is a postgraduate in Counseling Psychology and has been part of the field for over six years, working with special children, adults, and individuals in rehabilitation settings. Her experience reflects her steady commitment to understanding people with sensitivity and care.


Alongside her professional work, she is a passionate mandala artist and enjoys expressing herself through illustration. She loves trekking and travelling, and has also completed a basic certificate course in music therapy, adding a creative dimension to her therapeutic interests.

Suhasini Lele

Suhasini Lele is a counselling psychologist who works with a warm, grounded, and trauma-informed approach. She is committed to creating safe, reflective spaces for individuals to understand their emotions, build healthier coping patterns, and move toward personal growth. Alongside her therapeutic work, she is passionate about mental health education and community wellbeing, and continues to support initiatives that make psychological care more accessible and meaningful.
